Apartment d2-2 is a privately owned holiday home that is available to rent between April and October. The apartment is furnished in a modern contemporary style and finished to a high standard. The principal living space is open plan, containing both the lounge and dining area. There is a balcony terrace with views to the sea and the mountains. The master bedroom has a double bed, private en-suite bathroom and balcony terrace. The second bedroom has twin beds and a separate shower room. A swimming pool, large sunbathing terraces and lawned areas are available for residents and their guests. An underground designated car park space is available and can be used by guests. In addition, a children's play area is located within the development. Port de Pollenca has everything you could desire for an excellent holiday. The scenery is spectacular, with many small beaches and coves. The main resort beach offers a wide range of water sports, including windsurfing, paragliding and pedlos. There are an abundance of restaurants and cafes offering a wide range of cuisines. The local supermarkets and shops are all within easy reach and the majority remain open into the evening. Local beaches are clean, well maintained and many offer the hire of sunbeds. Boat and coach trips, as well as a local bus service provide ample opportunity to explore other destinations. Car and cycle hire are also available locally.
