April - 350 Euros per week.
May - 500 Euros per week.
June - 675 Euros per week.
July - 850 Euros per week.
August - 950 Euros per week.
September - 675 Euros per week.
October - 500 Euros per week.
A 10% discount is available for bookings of 2 weeks. A 15% discount is available for bookings of 3 weeks. Previous clients can receive an additional 10% discount.
To confirm a booking, a 40% (non refundable) deposit is required. The balance is to be paid 8 weeks prior to arrival. If a booking is within 8 weeks of arrival, then the total amount is to be paid at the time of booking. Cancellation: Up to 8 weeks - no cancellation charge. 8-4 weeks - the owner will retain 50% of the balance paid. 4-2 weeks - the owner will retain 75% of the balance paid. 2-0 weeks - the owner will retain 100% of the balance paid. If the balance is not paid on time, we reserve the right to cancel the booking.
Booking payments can be made by debit/credit cards via PayPal, in GB Pounds or Euros. (Please note a 2% charge is to be added.)
The property is available from 3pm on the day of arrival and through to 10am on the day of departure. This is necessary to allow for cleaning and preparation of the apartment.
The client is strongly advised to arrange a comprehensive travel insurance policy (including cancellation cover) and to have full cover for personal belongings, public liability etc, since these are not covered on the owners insurance.
Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment. Animals are not permitted in the property.
Clients staying for 10 or more nights will have a mid stay clean provided by the owner.
